Presentation BIOXPARC Project The BIOXPARC project consists of a digital platform and an international network of technology parks where students, companies, universities and research centers can rent equipped areas and services of the highest level at competitive costs. The BIOXPARC project was conceived around the primary needs of scientific research, in particular for the biotech sector: the protection of intellectual property in all phases of development of a research protocol, the availability of high resources standard (equipment and human capital), and finally the valuation and accounting certification of all the activities performed (intangible assets) in order to offer attractive financial instruments for investors. The first technology park is currently under construction in Morocco, in Marrakech . Tahannout and will host Students, Universities, Biotech Companies and Research Centers from all over the world.

LIMITED AVAILABILITY Morocco is the gateway to the African continent, and for this reason the best biotech companies and universities are very interested in opening their own branch within the first BIOXPARC technology park in Marrakech: unfortunately the great demand and limited availability forces to limit the reservations with the request for a pre-registration with the purchase of the Key-Pass, which represents the right of option at the time of opening the reservations. Note Pending the opening of bookings, scheduled for the next few months, it is already possible to purchase your “BIOXPARC NFT Key Pass”. Important, without the NFT Key Pass it is not possible to access the BIOXPARC Booking Form. The future fair value of each NFT Key Pass depends on the value of the future rental contract that will be signed. In indicative terms, the average value for the transfer of Student Option Rights with the Student NFT Key Pass is estimated at € 1,200; for the transfer of Option Rights with the Business NFT Key Pass at € 2,000/3,500 and with the Academy NFT Key Pass at € 4,500/9,000.
